- The Jogster
- Running has been in my life since I was about 8 years old, which is a long, long time ago! I'm glad to say I haven't lost the passion to run even though I am a couple of stone and a good few years past my PB years. The bones creak more than they used to and the aches and pains of old track running injuries might still linger in my muscles but I still get a huge buzz out of getting out in the fresh air with the trainers on.
